Long story short, Ive been doing my exercises and it is definitely getting better. I have also had to have a good look at the type of shoes I've been wearing, no more flats with no support, or at least no for very long. I've gone and brought myself some "nanna" thongs, sorry orthotic thongs, and although the are not that pretty, they are making me walk properly.

Tiff I've been wearing them for 6 days now and they definitely make a huge difference. Took me a couple of days to get used to them but well worth it.
